Six short screens, about ten minutes. Your answers save as you go, so you can close this and come back. Nothing here commits you to anything — it tells us what is possible.
The basics, and who we call if something happens while you are with us.
Arrival and departure times are what let the week actually be planned.
Can you attend the full week? *Every one needs an expiry date. An expired ticket is not a certification, and we would rather find that out now than in August.
Tick everything you would be willing to do. This is a menu, not a demand — ticking commits you to nothing, it just tells us what is possible.
Someone who can do two of these is still worth having. Someone who can do eight is worth knowing about before August.
A role is a job at camp. A skill is something you can do that we might not have thought to ask for.
The last screen. The tick boxes are all required — each one is a commitment the camp needs in writing.
Your application is with the camp director. A copy of everything you entered has been prepared for your records, and someone will be in touch about pre-camp training and your record check.
What you enter here is seen by the camp director and the planning group only. Health and dietary information goes to the camp health centre. We use it to run the week safely and for nothing else. To correct or remove your information, email info@canadianburnsurvivors.ca.
